just got off the phone with my gay professor who is teaching a “Transgender” class with outdated info and offensive language. I called her to talk about it and offered some friendly suggestions on updates and she told me “I’m the professor, you’re the student. I don’t know where you get off telling me what to do…”

I outed myself and provided my credentials. Her answer “Well, I’m not changing anything.”
